After waiting a full 8 weeks to receive my beautiful new
nomex jumpsuit, I could not wait to try it on! I take my shoes off and step in. Legs fit great, so I put my arms in and pull it on. Perfect! Enough room to fit over my clothes, and not too much room that makes it awkward to move around. I unzip and try to take it off, only I can't get my shoulders out of it. Nomex, if you have never had the opportunity to wear, does not give. It also is an amazing material that breathes in the winter, but does not breathe at all in the summer. So, here I am in my office, shoeless and struggling to get out of this horrid blue jumpsuit. My boss walks by so I plead- please help me get out of this! He looks up and down the hall, making sure no one can see, and helps me.

That may have required some awkard explaination if someone would have seen your boss helping you out of your jump suit.

Trapped in Nomex!! Sounds like a Sci-Fi channel original movie.
I discovered on my recent trip to the plant (from which I returned last night after a long flight delay!) that you can actually buy regular clothes that are made from Fire Resistant material.
Maybe you should check those out. :)
